Self-hardening Furan Resin

Characteristic：

l Good fluidity, easy to mix sand, smooth casting surface, high dimensional accuracy.

l Low free aldehyde content, low odor during operation, less smoke, with better environmental performance.

l It can be used for the production of cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal castings. It has excellent curing properties, high strength, good permeability, and easy release.

l The sand mold is easy to break up and regenerate, reducing the casting cost.

Packaging and storage: 

Sealed plastic drums with a net weight of 1000kg or iron drums with a weight of 230kg should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid heat and direct sunlight; the resin cannot be directly mixed with acidic substances such as curing agents, otherwise it will cause a violent reaction.
