No-bake Furan Resin

Characteristic：

1.Good fluidity, easy to mix sand, smooth casting surface, high dimensional accuracy.

2.Low free aldehyde content, low odor during operation, less smoke, with better environmental performance.

3.It can be used for the production of cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal castings. It has excellent curing properties, high strength, good permeability, and easy release.

4.The sand mold is easy to break up and regenerate,it can reduce casting costs.

Packaging and storage: 

Sealed plastic drums with a net weight of 1000kg or iron drums with a weight of 230kg should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid heat and direct sunlight; the resin can not be directly mixed with acidic substances such as curing agents, otherwise it will cause a violent reaction.

Light brown transparent liquid, crystallization temperature ≤-15℃.

Packaging and storage:

Sealed packaging in plastic drums, net weight 25kg or 1000kg. Please store in a ventilated and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and prohibit open flames.

It is strictly forbidden to directly mix with resin to avoid explosion accidents.
